Shri kundalpur Nalanda
Shri Kundalpur Digambar Jain Teerth Kshetra is situated in Nalanda District of Bihar State. This is 4 km ahead from Nalanda Railway Station. Nalanda is famous world wide for Nalanda University of ancient India.
This is the belief of devotees from centuries that this is the sacred place of Bhagwan Mahaveer’s Garbha, Janma & Tapa Kalyanaka.
At Kundalpur there is a huge magnificent & attractive temple with beautiful spires, in
this temple an attractive Bhagwan Mahaveer’s Padmasana idol 4½ feet in height, while in color is installed. Out side the temple in an ancient umbrella, foot images of Bhagwan are installed.
A new temples and Nandyavrat Mahal was built under the Ashirwad of Aryika Gyanmati Mataji. Digambar, also spelt Digambara is one of the two main sects of Jainism, the other being Svetambar.

Road: – Busses are available from Bihar Sharif to direct Kundalpur. Busses & Taxies are available from Shri Sammed Shikharji; after traveling of Kundalpur, Pavapur, Nalanda, Rajgir, they leave at Gaya. From Rajgir & Pavapur busses are available for Kundalpur.
Train: – Direct train is available from Delhi to Nalanda (Shramjivi Express)
